Diane Jacobson was a very dear friend of my wife. Stan Jacobson's book is a very enjoyable read. It is very heart warming, inciteful, practical, faith building and God honoring. I highly recommend it.

Powerful and sweet read.
Just finished reading this book. It's a quick read but you will want to take your time. It reads almost like a devotional about mindfulness. I've dog-eared several pages. It serves to remind us all to take time to listen to and enjoy each other. I need to get a copy of this for my mom.
A Grace-Filled Journey Home is utterly relevant at a time in society when so many of us baby-boomers are both caring for our aging and dying parents and facing our own journey into aging and death. Anyone who is approaching this phase of their life and loves their family needs to read this book. It is too late for my father-in-law but I am sending this book to my mother right away.
Purchased this for my mom and she loved reading this short book. Very beautifully written. She had read it way too fast, wished there was more. Thank you for sharing this story with us.
